The individual parts are therefore made to a size that corresponds to a dog with a chest circumference of 71cm or more. The measurements on the dog are often taken with a lot of space in between, which then becomes a problem after a certain number of centimeters. But our products can usually be adjusted to be smaller than stated.

As far as the patch is concerned, we write in big letters on the product that the patches have a longer delivery time and will be delivered later. The patches are personalized and embroidered with an individual dog name. We cannot produce and send these patches on the same day. If the post office damaged the package, it is possible that the note card that we enclose, which also states that the patches will be delivered later, has fallen out. But we have a note in two places that the patches will be delivered later, because it would be a shame if the customer had to wait 2-3 weeks for their main product. That is why they will be delivered later.

Unfortunately, we are not entirely sure how it could be too big for a dog with a chest circumference of 71cm.
