Shipping Rates for the EU and Import Charges

Free shipping within the EU for orders of EUR 150 or more.

Shipping to the EU up to EUR 150 – IOSS procedure / import handling

Depending on availability, orders are shipped from Switzerland, Spain, or Germany. For deliveries from Switzerland to countries in the European Union, we use the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) procedure, provided that the legal requirements are met (in particular, a goods value of up to EUR 150). In such cases, the legally due VAT is already charged at checkout and remitted via the IOSS system. As a result, customers generally do not have to pay any additional VAT upon import into the EU.

Orders with a goods value above EUR 150 – shipping & invoicing

Orders with a goods value of more than EUR 150 are shipped from Switzerland, Spain, or Germany, depending on availability. If the shipment is sent from Switzerland, the goods are imported into the European Union in the customer’s name. Any import duties and taxes incurred during customs clearance are collected by the transport service provider and invoiced to us. We bear these costs on behalf of the customer.

Due to technical limitations of our shop system, VAT may temporarily be displayed at checkout for orders with a goods value above EUR 150, even though it is not legally due. In such cases, only the corrected invoice issued after receipt of the order, without VAT being shown, shall be authoritative for billing purposes. The VAT initially displayed at checkout does not constitute a tax claim in these cases. The customer will not incur any double VAT charges as a result.

If import duties or other charges are nevertheless billed to the customer upon delivery, we kindly ask the customer to inform us promptly and provide the relevant supporting documents so that we can review the matter and arrange reimbursement.

EUR 6.95 for ECO 5–8 business days (Swiss Post / DHL Express). This shipping method is a letter shipment up to 2 kg and does not include a tracking number. Once the package leaves Switzerland, tracking is no longer possible.

EUR 12.95 for Standard 3–5 business days (Swiss Post / DHL Express).

EUR 19.95 for express shipping with FEDEX (3–5 business days).

Taxes and customs for deliveries outside the EU

For countries outside the EU, additional charges such as import duties and/or taxes may apply. Please check with your local customs office.
