The specified processing, production, and delivery times apply unless a different time is indicated for the respective product or in the ordering process.
Shipping within Switzerland
Shipping costs
- CHF 9.50 for shipping via A-Post
- CHF 7.50 for shipping via B-Post
- CHF 3.70 for suitable letter shipments up to 0.1 kg
Free shipping:
For orders over CHF 150.–, shipping within Switzerland via B-Post is free of charge.
Shipping service provider
Shipping is generally done with Swiss Post.
Processing and delivery time
The processing time for in-stock products is 1–2 working days.
After handover to the shipping service provider, the estimated delivery time is:
- A-Post: 1 working day
- B-Post: 2 working days
For personalized products and custom-made items, the production times specified for each product apply.
Shipping to Germany
Shipping costs
- € 5.95 for parcel shipments up to 0.7 kg
- € 7.95 for parcel shipments from 0.7 kg
- € 3.70 for suitable letter shipments up to 0.1 kg

From an order value of € 150. – shipping is free of charge.
Shipping location
Depending on stock availability and production location, shipping is carried out from our shipping warehouse in Germany or directly from our production in Mallorca (Spain).
Shipping Service Provider
Parcel shipments are generally delivered within Germany by DHL.
Shipments from Spain are initially transported by Correos (Spanish Post) and then handed over to DHL.
If available, you will receive a tracking number.
Processing and Delivery Time
The processing time for in-stock products is 2–6 business days.
After handover to the shipping service provider, the estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days.
For personalized products and custom-made items, the production times specified for each product apply.

Personalized products & custom-made items
Personalized products as well as custom-made items are manufactured individually according to your specifications and are therefore not available from stock.
Production time
The production time is 2–4 weeks, unless a different production time is specified for the respective product.
Subsequently, shipping will take place according to the delivery times mentioned above.
Start of Production Time
The production time begins after:
- Receipt of the order,
- full payment receipt (if advance payment has been agreed),
- receipt of all necessary information for production,
- clarification of any necessary follow-up questions or approvals.
Missing or incomplete information may extend the production time accordingly.
Combined Orders
Orders that contain both personalized and in-stock products will generally be shipped together after the personalized product is completed.
If in-stock items are already available in another shipping center, we reserve the right to ship them separately in advance.
No additional shipping costs will be incurred as a result.
Personalized Patches
If products are ordered together with a personalized patch, the in-stock products will be shipped according to the regular processing and delivery times.
The personalized patch will be sent separately by mail after completion.
No additional shipping costs will be incurred for this as well.
General Information
The processing time begins upon receipt of the order. In the case of agreed advance payment, it begins with the complete receipt of payment.
Working days are considered to be Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the respective shipping location.
The processing, production, and delivery times specified for each product or at checkout take precedence over the general information on this page.
Partial deliveries are permissible as long as they are reasonable for you. No additional shipping costs are incurred as a result.
If a delivery is delayed due to unforeseen events such as operational disruptions, strikes, government measures, natural events, supply shortages, or delays by shipping service providers, we will inform you as soon as possible. Legal rights remain unaffected.
Taxes & Customs
Switzerland
All prices include the statutory value-added tax.
European Union
If shipping occurs from our shipping warehouse in Germany or from our production in Mallorca (Spain), no additional customs or import duties will apply within the European Union.
Countries outside the European Union
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, import duties, customs, or country-specific taxes may apply.These fees are to be borne by the recipient and are based on the legal regulations of the respective destination country.
