Shipping rates EU and import fees
New from June 23, 2026:
Please note that from July 1, we will only ship to Germany outside of Switzerland.Due to the new customs regulations and the already high shipping costs of 15 to 27 euros plus additional duties and processing fees, we are unfortunately no longer able to deliver to other EU countries. If you still wish to have a shipment to another EU country, please contact us directly – the conditions will then depend on the order quantity.
Additionally, we will cover the new customs fees of 3 euros as well as other processing fees. If an unexpected fee arises upon import, we kindly ask our customers to contact us immediately so that we can check this and possibly issue a refund.
Free shipping within the EU for orders over EUR 150.
Shipping to the EU up to EUR 150 – IOSS procedure / Import processing
Orders are shipped from Switzerland, Spain, or Germany depending on availability. For deliveries from Switzerland to countries in the European Union, we use the Import One-Stop-Shop procedure (IOSS), provided that the legal requirements (especially goods value up to EUR 150) are met. In these cases, the legally owed value-added tax is already collected at checkout and remitted through the IOSS system. As a result, there are generally no additional value-added tax payments for the customer upon import into the EU.
Orders with a goods value over EUR 150 – Shipping & Billing
Orders with a goods value of over EUR 150 are shipped from Switzerland, Spain, or Germany depending on availability. If the shipment is from Switzerland, the import of the goods into the European Union is carried out in the name of the customer. Any import duties and taxes incurred during customs clearance will be collected by the transport service provider and billed to us. We will cover these costs for the customer.
Due to technical limitations of our shop system, it may occur that for orders with a goods value over EUR 150, VAT is temporarily displayed at checkout, even though it is not legally owed. In this case, the invoice issued after the order is received, without VAT indication, is solely decisive for the billing. The originally displayed VAT at checkout does not represent a tax claim in these cases. The customer will not incur any double VAT burdens as a result.
EUR 12.95 for Standard 3-5 working days (Swiss Post / DHL).
EUR 19.95 for express shipping with FEDEX (3-5 business days).
Taxes and duties for deliveries outside the EU:
For countries outside the EU additional fees such as import duties and/or taxes may apply. Please inquire with your customs office.
