Right of Withdrawal

We recommend carefully measuring your dog before placing an order to avoid unnecessary returns. Returns involve additional time and costs for both parties, particularly as we partially subsidise shipping costs.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products or made-to-measure items manufactured according to the customer's individual specifications or measurements.

Nevertheless, we voluntarily allow cancellations as long as production of the individually made product has not yet begun. Cancellation is subject to our confirmation. Any payments already made will be refunded once the cancellation has been confirmed.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods covered by the withdrawal.

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also reimburse the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option will not be reimbursed.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Returning the Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

Where several goods are ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item.

Permitted Inspection of the Goods

You may inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, but only to the extent that would be possible and customary in a physical retail store (e.g. trying the product on your dog without using it outdoors).

Any use beyond what is necessary for such inspection may result in a reduction in value for which you may be required to compensate us in accordance with applicable law.

Compensation for Diminished Value of Returned Dog Equipment

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Such diminished value may arise, in particular, if the product:

• is dirty,

• has animal hair or odours,

• shows visible signs of use,

• is scratched or damaged,

• has been used outdoors or in practical activities with the dog.

This list is intended to illustrate possible situations and does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal. It merely explains when compensation for diminished value may be applicable.

If a partial withdrawal reduces the value of the goods retained below the minimum order value required for free shipping, the regular shipping costs may be charged retrospectively and deducted from the refund amount.
