Right of Withdrawal

We recommend measuring your dog carefully before placing an order, to avoid unnecessary returns. Returns create additional effort and costs for both parties, especially since the shipping costs are partially subsidized by us.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are personalized and custom-made products, as long as the production of these has already begun.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments, that we have received from you for the affected products, without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which your withdrawal declaration has been received by us. For this refund, we will use the same payment method, that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this.

We are entitled to refuse the refund, until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return , whichever occurs first.

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

Permissible examination of the goods

You may use the goods to examine the quality, characteristics, and functionality to the extent that this would be possible and customary in a retail store (e.g., trying on without outdoor use).

Any use beyond this is considered value-reducing.

Compensation for returns of dog equipment

You only need to provide compensation, if the loss of value of the goods is attributable to handling them in a way that exceeds the permissible examination. Such a loss of value may particularly occur if the product

• is dirty,

• has pet hair or odors,

• shows visible signs of use,

• is scratched or damaged,

• has been used in the outdoor area or in practical use with the dog.

This enumeration serves to clarify possible cases and does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal, but describes when a claim for compensation for value may exist.

In the case of a partial return, where the original value of the goods falls below the minimum order value for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the originally granted shipping costs proportionally from the amount to be refunded ..
