Width 38 mm harness in size S. The 3-point harness from Charlotte's Choice is a harness that is ideal for daily use with strong dogs that require a wide harness .

The 3 D-rings make the harness versatile and allow for flexible attachment of the leash, depending on needs and application area.

3 different modes through 3 different D-rings:

Anti-Pull Mode: The D-ring on the chest is ideal for dogs that leash pull. The attachment at the front on the chest prevents the dog from pulling.

Pull Mode: If the dog is to pull on the leash (z.B. for Canicross etc.), the leash can be attached to the rear D-ring on the back, making it easier for the dog to pull.

Walking mode: For leisurely walks, the front D-ring on the back is used. This way, the leash does not interfere with the dog, and the dog can be led safely.

The extra strong D-rings provide the harness with additional stability and safety.

Specifically designed for large dogs, the harness offers maximum support and comfort while pulling due to the wide straps. The wide and ergonomically padded design reduces pressure points and ensures maximum comfort for your dog.

Please note for size S that the harness is only suitable for strong dogs. For size S, the width of the harness is 3.8 cm.

I guess I misjudged myself and that harness is a little too big, which is not a problem since my furry friend is still growing and I assume that he will fill it out.

Overall, the harness Really great, very robust and stable, the buckles are easy to use and in khaki the color goes really well with my furry friend's fur.
The harness It may seem a little heavy at first but the feeling quickly improves and once you get used to it, it shouldn't be a problem anymore.

Thank you very much for your feedback. If the harness hanging down to the side, the chest strap is too loose. If it is tight, the harness do not move. In addition, the harness between the legs. It is probably set too long there, so that the chest part is too high at the front. The fork at the front of the chest with the D-ring should not be higher than the dog's breastbone and should not be on the front of the neck. Try to shorten the adjustment between the legs. Regarding the weight, it should be said that size M is also made of 3.8cm wide nylon tape. We do this deliberately, as a harness It simply has to be safe for larger and stronger dogs and a 2.5cm wide band is simply not suitable for this. Also especially not for young dogs who need a 2.5cm wide harness can bite through immediately. The difference in weight of 150g is not noticeable for the dog. That's why we prefer to focus on safety and also produce M with a width of 3.8cm.
In your case, it is a young dog who already has a chest circumference of 69cm and will still grow. Unfortunately, a size smaller, S, which can only be adjusted to 66cm, would definitely not have been suitable.
