The collar features the same convenient handle for short-leash walking of your dog and retains the trendy army-style design, giving your four-legged friend a stylish and rugged look.

The Heavy Duty The collar with the Cobra buckle from AustriAlpin is available in sizes from 41 cm to 60 cm. The size is adjustable in cm and also features a 10 cm x 5 cm Velcro section for attaching personalized Velcro patches. Choose from a variety of options, including embroidered patches with names and national flags, infrared/reflective/fluorescent patches, or standard national flags.

Customizable patch: The Heavy Duty It has a 10 cm x 5 cm Velcro section onto which a hook-and-loop patch can be attached. The patches can be selected and personalized within the product.

Note on how to loop the adjustment straps: Once the collar is adjusted to your dog, the adjustable straps should not simply hang down but should be completely looped. Thread the strap back through the buckles and sliders exactly the same way until it is completely looped and no longer sticks out. Of course, the strap can also be shortened; please seal the cut end with a lighter to prevent fraying. The straps must be long enough to pass through the Cobra buckle and then completely through the sliding plastic slider. This slider is necessary to prevent the strap from shifting.

We have the collar together with the Cobra 3Point harness On Duty The collar fits perfectly and the 7cm width protects his neck. We usually put it on in addition to the chest harness. If our little gladiator is in a bad mood, you can hold him nicely by the magnetic handle.

I guess I misjudged myself and that harness is a little too big, which is not a problem since my furry friend is still growing and I assume that he will fill it out.

Overall, the harness Really great, very robust and stable, the buckles are easy to use and in khaki the color goes really well with my furry friend's fur.
The harness It may seem a little heavy at first but the feeling quickly improves and once you get used to it, it shouldn't be a problem anymore.
I have the feeling that mine really does pull less and that makes me very happy.
I am very happy that I found this online shop.

Hello Melissa, you don't need the elastic bands. Once the collar is fully adjusted, you can cut off the excess band behind the slider (it has to go through the slider!) and burn the end with a lighter. Then it won't be too long and you won't need to fix it with the elastic band.

one of the most expensive products I have bought for my dog... and the worst!
I get annoyed every time I put it on the dog. The reason for this is...
1. it arrived incorrectly tied.
2. There are 4 length adjustable points on a collar
3. the protruding bands are extremely annoying

Please contact us so we can explain how to loop the collar correctly. The collar has 2 adjustable sides to ensure the perfect fit and is then looped. The adjustable straps can either be shortened or looped completely, threaded back through the buckle and slider so that nothing sticks out. You can see how it looks when looped.
The model comes from the military and is used by service dogs, so it may not be intuitive for everyone to loop. But please contact us and we can explain how to stow the strap.

The only thing I personally don't like is the two closures.

Fits perfectly, looks great and is comfortable (although at 7cm it's probably a bit big for a Lab).

The 7 cm wide Heavy Duty-Collar makes for a great look, even if it may seem unusually wide on a Labrador. However, since the large width serves to better distribute the pressure on the dog's neck in case your four-legged friend pulls hard on the leash If you pull, it will be as comfortable as possible in all situations, which is in the best interest of both dog and owner.
